My car broke down at my place of employment. I had to get my vehicle towed to my house. The next day I had it towed from my house to the dealership. My car has been in and out of the shop three (3) times in the past fifty-six (56) days. The first two (2) times were for non acceleration. The third time for non starting and the check engine light. Each tim the past fifty-six (56) days. The first two (2) times were for non acceleration. The third time for non starting and the check engine light. Each time the vehicle was towed to the dealership. The first time my car sat for three (3) before it was looked at and I was told the battery wasn't supplying enough voltage to sensors. ( Note: the battery had been replaced last year). The second time I was told it was the Transmission Control Module. That was replaced in addition to the transmission fluid being replaced. The third time I was told it was the Engine Control Module. So that has been replaced. I asked my advisor to also check the park assist and informed him that that car was making an intermittent dinging sound. Apparently neither was checked because the car is still doing both. My issue with all of this is the lack of effort that was put in to truly resolve any and all issues up front. The excessive towing charges, missed day of work, and off the charts anxiety level when I get into my car for fear of being stranded again. I drive a GMC and this is a GMC Dealership. I am highly disappointed at best. More
