I would refer them but warn whoever goes there the issues. Even with a 7:30am appointment it was almost 10 o’clock when I left. I think this unacceptable for an oil change and a tire rotation, and I don’t believe they even rotated my tires. I reviewed my GMC app and all 4 tires we low on air. I have taken my truck to GMC dealerships for service ever since I purchased it. The really upsetting things is my vehicle sat out back for over 45 minutes awaiting the paperwork. More
