It's usually very good but not this time. My service took 3 hours with no explanation why. When I got there I told them I had a coupon for my service,they said it wasn't necessary as they wou My service took 3 hours with no explanation why. When I got there I told them I had a coupon for my service,they said it wasn't necessary as they would give me the best price. I historically pay $60 for the routine maintenance on my car from this location. My bill was $92 and I was told "oh yeah,the price went up". I find this unacceptable and rude. The waiting room was kept at a frigid temperature that was uncomfortable and unavoidable. After a 3 hour wait it was , no pun intended,yhe tip of the iceberg. I won't be back More
