At 36000 miles I bought your Platinum Warranty Plan from your Service Manager and I am a very every extra part Add on from Vera CADILLAC, GMC,BUICK! At 36000 miles I bought your Platinum Warranty Plan from your Service Manager and I am a very Satisfied Customer! I called last week to get a 5000mile Oil Change and a Tire Balance and Rotation! There wasn't a opening for my Service Representative Michael Creato so he said that I had a Quick Lube at 10:30amon Friday! He said to see Nester! I was there and Nester was very accommodating and I was happy to wait and your Quick Lube Representative Nester made sure all was done! My Denali was Washed and Vacuumed! Please, Thank Nester and Michael Creto My Service Wrighter for the Service Manager All there part of "The Vera Service Department Experience"!
