Dealership was well put together but as far as customer service and quality Cari g for their customers I would have to say it’s one star. Dropped off my truck for warranty work and was told the technicians service and quality Cari g for their customers I would have to say it’s one star. Dropped off my truck for warranty work and was told the technicians are the best. Was never offered a car wash but on my invoice shows I declined it. After received car I asked if it could be cleaned came back 2 min later not very clean and when I went to drive away noticed grease on the windows and asked if it could be cleaned. I was given a rag and was told “ here you go” . Very poor customer service when returning car back to customer. I know I don’t have a brand new expensive truck but I could at least be treated a little better. More
