Have been calling them for 2 months regarding my registration and warranty. Everyone I have worked with is apparently no longer with the company. No one returns my calls. My 2nd temp plate is about registration and warranty. Everyone I have worked with is apparently no longer with the company. No one returns my calls. My 2nd temp plate is about to expire and check engine light came on the car and no warranty to date. AMIR was the worst of all. Started the deal - passed me on to the next salesman who in turn left. Tried reaching out to Amir again and dodged my calls for 4 weeks. I finally got through to someone to hear that Amir was gone and they would relay my message to the Owner. Filing a formal complaint. They sold us a car and when we got home the check engine light came on — our mechanic could tell that it had come on a few weeks before: Venture Motor Cars had cleared the code in order to sell the car and it ended up being a very expensive emissions fix. When we called, I spoke to Amir, the manager, and he at first said they would reimburse us but then after that it became impossible to get him on the phone again. It has been over a month and he won't call back — I've tried constantly to call and get the same thing — "Amir will call you right back he's with a customer" — then nothing. If you want to buy a car with your hard-earned money go to a place that has the decency to treat you right. More

This kind of people shouldn't be among us, no body should ever near Ventures Motors they are thieves More
I went to Venture Motor Cars in search of a Chevy Traverse, according to an ad I ran across, they had a 2018 that I was interested in, however, when I arrived at the lot there was no such vehicle pre Traverse, according to an ad I ran across, they had a 2018 that I was interested in, however, when I arrived at the lot there was no such vehicle present, I ran across a gentlemen, later identified as Nate Green who asked if I was being helped, once I explained what I was in search of, he jumped right on it, found the vehicle that the ad spoke of, it was at one of their other lots, he had the vehicle brought to the location I was at, the vehicle was in good condition so we sat down to make a deal, having been prequalified to make the purchase, Nate felt that he was able to get me an even better offer and went to work searching out better offers, going well beyond the scope of a salesman, he found me a better offer and by days end, I was driving home in my selected vehicle, Nate, thanks a bunch, I really appreciate you, the experience was awesome. DOWNSIDE TO THE JOY, REALILTY SAT IN QUICKLY. Now that they sold me the vehicle without title in hand, they're having problems registering it and I'm driving with temps that expired on January 7th and tomorrow is February 1st, when you call to speak to Amir, there's always some xxxxxxxx reason as to why he can't come to the phone, this is a financed vehicle so I'm not the primary owner, the financing company is, to this end, I'm returning the vehicle to the dealership, notifying the financing company of the issue and let them take it up with them and I'm taking this to litigation and have them give account for this nonsense and refund every penny of money, plus additional for punitive damages and hardship. There was no key or fob to open the trunk. One of the crew climbed into the trunk from the backseat and had to pull the emergency release cord. They also charge a $1995 dealer prep/doc fee. This rolling disaster was $4995 + $1995 + tax OR close to $8K out the door. When I balked, the old timer with his missing teeth, laughed. After all, they already had a $2K deposit on a $7K sale. Only thieves would keep showing a car when they were holding a $2K deposit. Run away from these shiesters... we did. More
Bad sellers, once I bought the car from them they were not interested in what happened next. The delivery of the title of ownership was delayed for almost a month, which also delayed the export process of not interested in what happened next. I regretfully recount a particularly unfavorable encounter I recently endured with the automotive dealership, Venture Motor Cars, situated at 365 Phillips Avenue, South Hackensack, NJ 07606. The enc encounter I recently endured with the automotive dealership, Venture Motor Cars, situated at 365 Phillips Avenue, South Hackensack, NJ 07606. The encounter was marked by their demonstrably irrational, discourteous, and disrespectful conduct. Most concerning, however, was their egregious lack of honesty regarding a refundable deposit of $200 I remitted in association with a Toyota Lexus on the 15th of September. Upon learning that my loan application for the intended vehicle had not been approved, I promptly informed the dealership of my predicament on September 19th, during the subsequent weekend. I conveyed my inability to proceed with the purchase due to the loan status and requested the $200 refund, which was initially communicated as refundable. The dealership owner, "Amir," responded in a highly condescending manner and abruptly terminated our communication. Subsequent attempts to follow up led to reluctant agreement on his part to refund the $200. However, this was followed by a daily procession of assurances regarding the refund. Each time I initiated contact for the refund, a new excuse was proffered, ranging from the absence of his financial controller to his owner handling Zelle transfers. Amir's discourtesy further manifested in his audacious remark that $200 was an amount he typically spent on breakfast each day, insinuating that he would rather consider it a charitable donation than honor the agreed refund. When I pressed him for a clear indication of his intention to refund or not, warning of sharing my experience on various social media platforms, he dismissed it as a trivial matter, referring to such occurrences as routine in his dealings. Notably, on the day of the transaction, September 15th, when I attempted to transfer the $200 through my Costco-Citibank Card at his office, the transaction was flagged as suspicious, suggesting potential fraudulent activity associated with this business. Consequently, I resorted to an alternative debit card for payment. The pieces are now falling into place, shedding light on the reasons behind this incident. Amir, I implore you to treat your customers with respect and refrain from exhibiting such high-handed behavior towards those who place their trust in your enterprise, traveling considerable distances to explore what your establishment has to offer. Should such behavior epitomize the core values of your business transactions, and if my $200 lends you a sense of empowerment, I am willing to contribute this sum as an act of charity towards your business. However, I am resolute in my determination to disseminate this feedback across every conceivable social media platform, ensuring others are spared similar distressing encounters. More
