Auto fraud Dealership I purchased a new VW Atlas on Labor Day weekend from this dealership and they failed to disclose undesirable features to me. The salesman disabled the I purchased a new VW Atlas on Labor Day weekend from this dealership and they failed to disclose undesirable features to me. The salesman disabled the Automatic start-stop feature of the VW Atlas. I learned it had one driving home after purchase when I got off the freeway an hour away from the dealership. Returned the next day and the sales man lied to me again saying he would talk with service to figure out how to disable the feature. Conrad, Sales manager, wouldn't even leave his office to speak with me. No call from him and he's not answering mine. Now I'm having mechanical problems with the vehicle 3 weeks later (1200 miles)and they have failed 3 days to pick up the vehicle for servicing when they promised it would be done. Not even a phone call apologizing. The vehicle won't restart when start-stop system is active, the air conditioning gets warm when stopped idling, amongst other things. It is my intention now to see legal advice. Do your self a favor and don't deal with this fraudulent dealership! More

It was Sunday at about 6 p.m., September 3rd, An employee by the name of James went totally out of his way to help me with a non-functioning blinker. It was Sunday at about 6 p.m., September 3rd, the day before Labor Day. Two days when most services' departments are closed. I thought my chances of finding a repair place open on any of these two days were very slim. I took a chance and drove my Volkswagen Passat to the fancy new location on Perkin. James spotted me, came out, listened to my blinker problem story, didn't hesitate a moment and some trial and error fixed my blinker. Amaaaaazing!!!
