Ventura Toyota takes great pride in offering exceptional value and service to all customers. Ventura Toyota performed a diagnostic, then recommended repairs based on these results. Ventura Toyota uses industry labor guides for all estimates and is happy to provide Mr. Thomas with a print out from theses labor guides. The above pricing that Mr. Thomas was offered does not match the estimate was given to him. In fact, we even offered to use the lowest price (our coupon or an outside offer) for the exact same service (diagnosis, repair, retest) if there he found one(Toyota Dealers Only*-written offer). We also did advise him that we cannot combined offers or coupons as clearly stated in all our mailings. I would invite Mr. Thomas to contact me to review his estimate, compare his outside estimates, so we can attempt resolve his concerns.
