Horrible Experience Horrible experience with my service advisor and the service managers. They fixed a worn out ignition cylinder lock. After the work was completed they accidentally changed door lock settings and disabled alarm. I was very understanding because accidents happen. Then the service managers accused me of lying and said, "we're not sure if the alarm was working when you brought it in".. The service manager followed it up by talking about cynicism and he has to be careful about people trying to get free service/products from them. They tried to make up the original bad experience by providing a full vehicle detail. But after that they insulted my integrity and essentially called me a liar. I will not return and I will dissuade people I know from using Ventura Toyota. More

Not only he treat you as a costumer but after a few minutes of dealing with him we switc The sales agent went above and beyond for the deal to happen. Not only he treat you as a costumer but after a few minutes of dealing with him we switched language and he was treating like a friend. At one point I felt that I was waisting his time and I said "Luis i'm sorry but I think I'm waisting your time" with a smile he replied, don't worry my time is for you. I will definitely recommend others to this dealer but only for the extraordinary service that Luis Martinez provides to every coustomer. Also the service Jackie Sanchez provided in the finance department was excellent she would listens and provide recommendations about extended warranties. More

I always observe the recommendations by the service department and Kevin Hurlic, and after 315K it still runs great. I cant say that the service provided is the least expensive, but i can say it professional, reliable and personable. I'm looking for another Toyota to buy, not because i'm getting rid of my truck which i'm not, but because Toyotas are good cars and Ventura Toyota has great service. Thanks Kevin. More
Kevin Hurlic is AWESOME!!! I bought my 2003 Prius in January of that same year at Ventura Toyota. I have ALWAYS taken my vehicle to Ventura Toyota for service and return to Ke I bought my 2003 Prius in January of that same year at Ventura Toyota. I have ALWAYS taken my vehicle to Ventura Toyota for service and return to Kevin over and over again. It is VERY important to me to see familiar, smiling faces in the service department. Kevin has always been very friendly, honest, trusting, informative and goes over and beyond for me to make me feel comfortable with any service I am having at the time of my visit. He is the main reason I return to this dealership for my ongoing maintenance service. Marcelino is my second choice, if Kevin is not there, since he too has been at the dealership since I bought my vehicle. Unless for emergency visits, which it has only been once, a number of years ago, I ONLY deal with Kevin, or Marcelino, if Kevin is not available. More

Though everyone knows car dealers cost a little more for service than the regular garage mechanics, it is worth it because Toyota knows how to care for their product, that is why my truck has over 220,000 miles and it runs like new. I will continually come to this service center and Kevin Hurlic even though it is an extra twenty miles out of my way, i wouldn't have it any other way! Gratefully, David A. P.S. Everything is perfect with you service center, but this website is horrible, i have been struggling for the last 15 minutes to try and submit this, but the design is flawed,I want to stop trying, but I feel strongly about recongizing the staff, but your IT Techs aren't so good...
