Third service for my Prius (15,000 mile service.) First I want to emphasize that I had an excellent experience when I bought my car from Ventura Toyota. There was no pressure, no hassles, and no price gouging. I compared prices and this dealership ranked at the top. Of course it is important to have my new Prius serviced at the dealership, so I was hoping the service department would be as good as the sales department. It was even better than than I could imagine, especially compared to service departments I had seen in the past 30 to 40 years of car ownership. This quality of service has been consistent for three times so far. I hope it will be this good for many years to come! More
I can always count on Kevin & the service center I have been buying and servicing my cars from Ventura Toyota since 2005. Altogether i have had 2 Prius', 1 Sequoia and 3 Landcruisers. I recommend Ventura Toyota! I have purchased many Toyota vehicles at Ventura Toyota. I keep coming back for more. I have had several family members purchase as well. It is nice to walk on the lot and know the salespeople and them say hello instead of jumping on me.. I tell my friends that are looking to buy they should at least give Ventura Toyota a try. Most buy.... Service is really good. I work with Kevin Hurlic. He is as good as it gets. He has helped me maintain our 2 Toyotas for years. Parts department is friendly too. I just went in for a part today and actually forgot it. One of the team members ran it out to me while I was getting into my FJ.. That goes above and beyond. More

Improper diagnosis I was told my blue tooth was not working in my 2014 Tacoma due to a wiring harness issue. I was advised that I needed a new wiring harness at the cost of $1800. Parts only!!!! I went to DCH toyota who properly diagnosed the problem as a defective Toyota Radio. Very poor service to a customer that has purchased 3 tacoma's in as many years from Ventura Toyota. I just bought a 2015 pre runner from DCH toyota and was treated like a rock star. Wonder where I will be going for my dealer service from now on???? More

Horrible Experience Horrible experience with my service advisor and the service managers. They fixed a worn out ignition cylinder lock. After the work was completed they accidentally changed door lock settings and disabled alarm. I was very understanding because accidents happen. Then the service managers accused me of lying and said, "we're not sure if the alarm was working when you brought it in".. The service manager followed it up by talking about cynicism and he has to be careful about people trying to get free service/products from them. They tried to make up the original bad experience by providing a full vehicle detail. But after that they insulted my integrity and essentially called me a liar. I will not return and I will dissuade people I know from using Ventura Toyota. More

Not only he treat you as a costumer but after a few minutes of dealing with him we switc The sales agent went above and beyond for the deal to happen. Not only he treat you as a costumer but after a few minutes of dealing with him we switched language and he was treating like a friend. At one point I felt that I was waisting his time and I said "Luis i'm sorry but I think I'm waisting your time" with a smile he replied, don't worry my time is for you. I will definitely recommend others to this dealer but only for the extraordinary service that Luis Martinez provides to every coustomer. Also the service Jackie Sanchez provided in the finance department was excellent she would listens and provide recommendations about extended warranties. More
