What ever you do do not come here they will try to rip you off at every turn. Be very careful at what they tell you and what they actually give you! Was sold a maintenance package which I was told cover you off at every turn. Be very careful at what they tell you and what they actually give you! Was sold a maintenance package which I was told covered all oil changes and major services including 2 major services. On the paper you sign it does not list any thing just they differ based on model and package. Well a couple weeks later when you get the agreement in the mail come to find out it only covers oil changes. Called up the dealer to find out what happened and was told well the major service is just an inspection. I have never heard this before service usually means you get something for it. When i asked for clarification I was rudely told well you can cancel. Guess they were upset i actually took the time to read the agreement once it finally arrived in the mail. Sales was ok typical car sales back and forth but was satisfied in the end with the price of the vehicle. But very disappointed in the fact that they tried to rip me off hoping i would not pay attention to the fine print. There are plenty of other places to buy cars that are honest, dont waste your time and dont become a victim of their deceptive sales tactics. *******UPDATE********* The day after posting my experience here I was contacted by a manager Mike, who I explained my story to. After getting my side of the story he said he was going to look into it and get back to me. He called me back a short time later advising he was going to take care of the problem and give me what I was originally promised. Took finding the right person to talk to, but in the end they did the right thing. More

KP helped make our buying experience great. KP's customer service and knowledge was excellent, and he was very helpful throughout the process. We are not used to having this type of treatment at a car dealer service and knowledge was excellent, and he was very helpful throughout the process. Ventura Toyota has the best customer service I've seen from a dealership in a long time. KP Ghuman is very helpful and friendly. I never got the feeling that they were only there for just the sale. My car buying experience would have been excellent, however I was left alone waiting numerous times while the salesman left to greet other customers. I felt like I was wasting his time even though I was about to make a purchase over $30k. At one point I got up to leave because I had been sitting for over 20 minutes waiting for Jacob as he said he would be "right back." I would not recommend Ventura Toyota to any family members or friends as I wouldn't want them to have the same experience. After my purchase, his attitude changed completely when he mentioned this survey. He became my "best friend" when mentioning that any review under 5 stars is bad. I was reminded 3 times before I left to give him 5 stars and once today during a follow up call. However, I cannot be dishonest and must review truthfully as these reviews are done for a reason. Sorry Jacob, but you do need some coaching in customer service as it is lacking. More
