Fabulous experience shopping and purchasing the car. We shopped for two and a half months for a Sienna checking out info on-line and other dealers. Originally looked at 2014 Sienna but decided to wait and look at the 2015. My wife and I were well-informed shoppers. At another dealership we knew more about the Sienna than two of their salesmen. At Ventura Toyota we found the salesmen fully knowledgeable about the Sienna. It gave us confidence to purchase it from Ventura Toyota. They were very helpful explaining the electronic system, (navigation, phone system, Bluetooth, etc.) which helped up in the transition from driving an older car to our new one. They also have great follow-up, checking in to make sure everything is all right and saying that if we have any questions about the car. KP made everything clear and demonstrated adept knowledge regarding the vehicles we were interested in. Ultimately KP helped me get a great PRIUS with a great balance of comfort, technology, and affordability. As a Sales Rep he was genuinely friendly, patient, made sure to get the exact model and package available on location ASAP, and even filled up my gas tank more than once.
