Horrible Experience Horrible experience with my service advisor and the service managers. They fixed a worn out ignition cylinder lock. After the work was completed they accidentally changed door lock settings and disabled alarm. I was very understanding because accidents happen. Then the service managers accused me of lying and said, "we're not sure if the alarm was working when you brought it in".. The service manager followed it up by talking about cynicism and he has to be careful about people trying to get free service/products from them. They tried to make up the original bad experience by providing a full vehicle detail. But after that they insulted my integrity and essentially called me a liar. I will not return and I will dissuade people I know from using Ventura Toyota. More

Deon was amazing....and very patient with me and my need to look at several vehicles before settling on the Kia. He was friendly, professional, and not pushy at all. He made our decision to buy from Ventura Toyota a decision we are very happy with. Sam on finance was great to work with. ...very personable, professional, and put our minds at ease with making a purchase from Ventura Toyota. I live 150 miles south of Ventura so After three weeks of intense searching, I found the best price on a used 2013 Camry hybrid XLE at Ventura Toyota. I live 150 miles south of Ventura so I did all of the negotiating over text/email/phone. No dealer within 150 miles could come close to the price I got at Ventura Toyota. KP was the most professional car salesman I have ever dealt with. He gave me the out-the-door price over the phone and I was never pressured to buy all the extras. After meeting with Jeff in finance, I walked away with an awesome car, a smile on my face and didn't pay a penny more than I was quoted. It was the most pleasant car purchase experience. Thanks KP and Jeff! I'll definitely encourage everyone to drive the distance to get great service and a great deal. More
