Immediately upon entering I was greeted by various staff and then by KP who professionally and attentively addressed our questions and provided detailed options. KP made everything clear and demonstrated adept knowledge regarding the vehicles we were interested in. Ultimately KP helped me get a great PRIUS with a great balance of comfort, technology, and affordability. As a Sales Rep he was genuinely friendly, patient, made sure to get the exact model and package available on location ASAP, and even filled up my gas tank more than once. I wholeheartedly recommend Ventura Toyota and definitely ask for KP when you are there. More
