During COVID, stores were criticized and even fined for price gouging due to shortages. No difference at Ventura Toyota with their $2,000 and $3,000 mark-up over window sticker as a "market adjustment." price gouging due to shortages. Josh was outstanding from the moment he called to confirm he had the car we've been waiting for (RAV4 Prime) available and worked very hard to get it ready for our purchase/pickup.
