We found an ad for the car we purchased online for a good price, so we called and made an appointment to meet with a salesperson at 7:15PM on a Thursday evening for the vehicle we'd seen advertised. Deon was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the test drive to the gas station as the car was out of gas and there wasn't enough fuel at the dealership for the minimum 1/4 tank they will sell all used cars with. We were very satisfied with the deal we left with (which included a full tank of gas) a few hours later and have recommended this dealership to friends. More

I bought a new toyota t-100 in 1995, drove it for 17 years. what a great truck!!! I put 289000 miles on it. And yes I bought it from Ventura Toyota. Wow! What a great sales rep. Antonio was easily the most knowledgeable and friendly salesman I've ever worked with when buying a car. Yeaterday I had the pleasure of returning to Ventura Toyota to purchase a new Toyota to replace a much loved and very reliable 13 yr old Carolla with close to 200,000 miles on it. I felt that his "sales presentation" was based on facts and expierence. His enthusiasm in helping me find my car made my overall expierence such a joy. I would happily return to buy another car from him. Sean in Financial Services was most helpful in helping me to complete my purchase process. After an initially horrible experience, Mike Stamakinley called me back and was able to help me out on my lease of a 2012 Venza. He located my vehicle from the valley and brought it in the same day.
