IF YOU HAD A SCALE FROM 1 TO 10 I WOULD DEFINATELY GIVE LUIS MARTINEZ A 10+ HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH A GOOD SENCE OF HUMOR AND APPEARANCE. I told Nick I was retired fro On May 4,2011, I came to Ventura Toyota and asked to see Mr. Nick Torres, Fleet Sales Manager. Nick did not know me. I told Nick I was retired from the City of Los Angeles and had the ability and contacts to deal directly with the Fleet Managers in the greater LA area for the purchase of new vehicles and he understood my request. Nick was very professional and said he would introduce me to someone in his office to assist me with questions and a test drive of a 2011 Toyota Tacoma. Nick promptly introduced me to my salesman, Israel Riley Ramirez. "Riley" was well dressed, very professional and was knowledgeable about the product. Riley took me for an informative test drive and answered my many questions The decision to purchase the Tacoma was easy and the value of my trade-in was fair. We discussed the deal for a few minutes and shook hands; the Tacoma was purchased, it was that easy. Marion Swain, the Finance Director, was my next stop. Marion was very professional and had a great personality for the position. Marion discussed my options for the alarm system and extended warranty; I purchased both. She was very thorough as she organized the numerous legal and DMV papers. Marion had previously prepared my purchase folder and explained every piece of paper she presented for my signature. My next stop was to the Parts Department where Marion introduced me to Aleka Coronado, Retail Consultant. I had many questions for Aleka regarding items for my new Tacoma. Aleka explained the options I had regarding factory tow hitch, wiring harness and spare tire lock; I purchased them all. Aleka was knowledgeable and answered my questions with confidence. I asked Aleka about a tailgate lock and she advised that due to the late hour a potential vendor was closed and she would call me with the information the following day. Sure enough Aleka called me the next morning with the information. I was extremely pleased with my experience at Ventura Toyota. Everyone I came in contact with was professional. The showroom, building and grounds were noticeably clean and well cared for. I thank Israel "Riley" Ramirez, Marion Swain and Aleka Coronado for making my experience at Ventura Toyota a good one. Deon has been absolutely fabulous! Saved us 1,000's off the original price and a gave us a great deal on our trade in. We ran him ragged for over 2 hours and he did so with a smile on his face! My wife, son and I headed down to Ventura Toyota to look at the Prius. As we got out of our car I told her, "I sure hope the sales people don't bug us." Well before I new it Jacob was shaking our hand and asked us what we were looking for. He was friendly and I didn't mind his help. I had done some research on the Prius but had yet to really take a good look. Jacob gave me a tour of the car explaining the various models 2, 3, and 4. I got to take it on a test drive and immediately knew I wanted to buy one, but not that day. After the test drive Jacob introduced me to Luis and I told him that I really wasn't interested in buying a car tonight (though I really was and I think he knew it). My wife and I decided that with a decrease in our monthly fuel costs and a new job we could work with a specific price range. Luis got us the price we could handle and we couldn't turn it down. Luis explained the importance of the GAP insurance and shared some personal car buying experiences with us. He was also very friendly with our five year-old giving him a Prius toy and a laker key ring. Finally we talked to the finance guy (but I don't remember his name). He was great though, going over GAP insurance and extended warranty, etc. Jacob accompanied me back home and picked up my trade in. Great experience. More
