Let me start by saying that Ventura Toyota won me over 6 years ago when I was purchasing my first Toyota. I was originally heading to Oxnard so they could rip me off, and I knew it. The only chance I had a years ago when I was purchasing my first Toyota. I was originally heading to Oxnard so they could rip me off, and I knew it. The only chance I had at the time of getting a good deal was using my Costco membership to get the price I wanted. Luis Fajardo called me and asked me to give Ventura Toyota a chance and to come in and talk. Fair enough - what could it hurt? I drove out an hour later in a FAR BETTER Corolla than I had and cheaper than Costco prices could guarantee. Fast forward 6 years, 6 Toyotas, and 1 Scion XB later and I'm still getting the same BEST PRICE ANYWHERE! Believe me, we do our homework before we buy. Oh yeah - why 7 Toyotas in less years? Commuting, commuting, wife and kids, commuting and business. Ventura Toyota has always been there, treated me fair and made it simple. I normally don't subscribe to Pre-paid maintenance plans either, but after needing a 5K service every 35 days, it made sense both financially and long-term. Getting to know the Service Team was easy and important for me. I have never had an unpleasant experience and they treat my wife like a Queen. Kudos Service team - you make my life better. Ventura Toyota has always given me top dollar on my trades, hassle free deals, and then helped transfer the tools, car-seats, and junk from one car to another before we leave. What more could you want?! From the very first minute I walked in 6 years for an 05 Corolla to yesterday, when Luis Perez called me to see how the new 2011 Prius was working out, we have always been treated like we're important. Ventura Toyota understands that my time, the fact that we need to save money, and my happiness are important. Well done, Ventura Toyota. We're customers for Life! More

I received a written offer from Ventura Toyota to turn in my Prius lease vehicle for a new model year Prius. I called the dealership to verify the offer, then went to Ventura Toyota to obtain a new lease ve my Prius lease vehicle for a new model year Prius. The Sales Assoc. and his manager continued to change the offer, but eventually agreed to terms as proposed in the written invitation. When I sat down to sign the paperwork it was quite different than the offer we had agreed upon. After over two and one/half hours I left the dealership exasperated and amazed any dealership that behaved this way could stay in business. I have purchased or leased over a dozen vehicles over the years and this was the worst experiance I have ever had by orders of magnitude. I then went over to DCH Toyota of Oxnard, received exactly the deal proposed in the letter, and drove out in my new Prius in just over one hour. More
