I can not say enough positive things about Deon Simpson. Firstly, he's genuine and easy to talk with. No pressure, no "car salesman" talk. Deon was trustworthy,honest,direct and very knowledgible. I had been in search of a vehicle for over 6 months and had visited many dealerships and was always disappointed. Even if they had a vehicle I was interested in, the sales person either ignored me or just didn't give me a lot of confidence. Deon was completely unlike that. He greeted us warmly and gave us really important information that convinced me to purchase my dtrs vehicle at Ventura Toyota, such as, the Toyota extensive vehicle checklist and the quality/standards of all their used cars. He impressed me by telling us about the owner of the dealership and his personal standards for all his vehicles, whether Toyota's or not. Deon put together both car deals for myself and my daughter and made it about stress free as you can. He expedited the process, explained what we could expect and a accurate timeline to get it all completed. I think I got an incredible price on both cars and Deon put that together for us as well. Overall, I think you have a very valuable employee in Deon. I also want to compliment those person's who helped in the financial aspect/paperwork. They also made the process a better experience. I continue to compliment amd recoomend your dealership to everyone who comments on the great car I got. I tell them I wouldn't go anywhere else and won't in the future. Especially if Deon continues to be an active participant in your company. I even convinced my husband to consider his next vehicle there, and he hates dealerships. :) More

to make it short,, I called KP Ghuman with an offer Aprox. 10:00AM on Tuesday the 28Th 2012 with a specific order for a 2012 Prius.. In all honesty, I went to Ventura Toyota to test drive the tundra's, and wasn't planning to purchase a new vehicle. I told the salesman Francisco that I had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle, and that the tundra's, and wasn't planning to purchase a new vehicle. I told the salesman Francisco that I had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle, and that all I wanted to do was test drive vehicles. Not only did Francisco let me waste his time all day long test drive trucks, he actually located "the tundra" that I wanted in the back lot, with all the factory options that I wanted and none of the ones that I didn't want. The financial officer was also very good, he didn't try to upsell me on crap nor did he pressure me. I told him what I was willing to pay and what financing I wanted. If I didn't qualify I was going to walk. He helped me secure the financing that I wanted. All in all, I am a very happy customer and while I may have paid a little more for the truck than I wanted to, it is a purchase that I am very pleased with. Keep up the good work. More

I contacted Ventura Toyota on a Friday morning and was immediately emailed a response to my questions about a used 4runner they had listed for sale on their website. I was able to make an appointment with Jacob Moraga, who was ready and waiting for us that evening. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the dealer (Guillermo, who knew I was looking for Jacob, escorted me all the way across the dealer to where Jacob and my husband were looking at the car we were interested in). We had our 2 year old toddler with us, which no one had a problem with. Although we didn't go home with the car that evening, we made a deal the next day, traded in our car and went home super excited in our Certified Used Toyota (the exact year, color, price and mileage that we were looking for). Jacob was very friendly, professional and understanding about what we needed in order to make the purchase. He kept us up to date and treated us like we were his only customer. I will definitely recommend this dealer to my friends and family. More
