I’ve been to other dealerships like Oxnard Toyota and Thousand Oaks Toyota, and the difference is clear. At Oxnard, no one even approached me in the lot, and while Thousand Oaks was okay, the overall vibe just felt off. Ventura Toyota truly stands out as one of the best dealerships around. This employee is putting my life in jeopardy. He returned My car with no rearview mirror and the entire computer system malfunctioning. This man needs to be fired immediately and they need to resolve what they did to my car immediately before I take legal action against them. I reported them to Toyota corporate. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I have reviewed them on their website. This company is criminal in their actions. More
