Thank you for your feedback. There is a Pre Delivery Inspection performed on every new vehicle. The PDI is completed at the port upon arrival, prior to being delivered to the dealership. In addition to make you feel more comfortable, we provided you a loaner vehicle for the day while our service department did a thorough complimentary inspection of your new Prius. We also offered you a full detail to be done at your convenience. Even though you declined that offer, you can feel free to contact us to schedule it in the near future if you would like. It is our understanding that the vehicle was immediately inspected by a technician regarding the tire light and fixed promptly before you left the dealership on the day of purchase. If you have a convenient time to stop by we will put two valve stem caps on for you. For any additional concerns, you can contact Melissa Keeling at 941-484-9000, we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you have some concerns about your Mom's experience with us. Her service advisor has attempted to reach her several times but he has not heard from her. In the Owner's Manual/maintenance log from Toyota, there are several items listed to "inspect" at different intervals based on mileage or time, (for example 60,000 miles or 72 months). If it is found upon inspection that certain fluids or parts need to be replaced, we then advise the customer. Your Mom was provided the price of each individual recommendation and an estimated total of what her bill would be prior to any work being done. After the service advisor was given approval by her, the work was then completed. We are proud to serve our Venice community and value our customers feedback.
