I will never buy another toyota in my lifetime I returned the car after 24 hours asking to be let out of the lease due to a family emergency. Cramer/Venice Toyota's answer was: It was too bad you signed on the dotted line. I have spoken with several people over the past fourteen months to no avail I am still 100% unsatisfied as a customer. When I found out after the fact and too late that all I had to do was call Southeast Financial Services directly and they would have let me out of the lease I was furious. Very unprofessional organization. People are conflict avoidant and don't return phone calls. And when they know you are unhappy they definitely don't send me surveys or emails. Three trips to the service bay to finally find the nice 18 year old who actually could figure out why my phone wasn't connecting with the car. Poor training. Poor communication. Lousy at crosstraining. More

Watch out for Roger I was impressed with the deal I received on my purchase of a 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid and the process was quick and efficient. Although upon purchasing the car my terms were that the pinstripe would be replaced as it had looked very worn and faded. Upon arriving to get the pinstripe replaced Roger had argued that he said "maybe" he could take care of it and attempted to get out of doing it entirely. I persisted, as I felt he was taking advantage of me at seeing that I was a 17 year old girl. I was very pleased with their painter Rudy though, as he took care of everything and continued to tell me that he was doing it as a favor for Roger. After though, Roger called me frustrated at why I hadn't paid him $50 and insisted that he would now have to pay Rudy himself and even continued to tell me, very unprofessionally, that he only made $50 off the sale of my car. Horrible communication overall, watch your back when purchasing with this guy. He will alter his wording and find a loophole. Very impressed with the kindness of the other workers though. More
Stay away... far, far away Rude and incompetent are no way to run a service business. Bought a Prius a year ago, now needs a new battery, they quoted approximately $4,000.00, come to find out the a new battery can be purchase for a $1,000.00 and is plug and play. so they charge me for a diagnostic charge and basically laugh and say I have no other choice. How presumptive! They have forever lost a loyal Toyota owner. No customer loyalty at all. FYI, the internet sales person has no clue about any of their inventory and was not helpful or welcoming. Again lost a sale and a customer! More

My advisor is usually Maria or Erin and they provide great customer service along with the Technician Todd who quickly and efficiently identified and repaired a random issue with my vehicle recently. The above mentioned individuals are the sole reason that Venice Toyota will be our first choice when vehicle shopping for my wife's new car in this coming year. More

When you buy a car, they tell you that everything is under warranty, but when you have a problem, then they tell you that, that this specific part is not under warranty, or many other silly stories!!!!! And if you try to point that out, punishments are there gonna kick you out like they did to me. Servise manager MICHAEL FLETCHER!!!What a nasty person works there, they shouldn't keep workers that don't know how to be polite and take good care of there customers!!!!! Shame on you!!!!! More
