Best Car Buying Experience Ever Had been looking for a used Tacoma for some time and finally found one that fit the bill to a "T" at Venice Toyota. Roman and Ralph were both very he Had been looking for a used Tacoma for some time and finally found one that fit the bill to a "T" at Venice Toyota. Roman and Ralph were both very helpful, both over the phone and when we came to the dealership to look at the vehicle and test drive it. Ralph was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and helpful in getting us started on the paperwork...for once, we were not "held hostage" at a car dealership, leaving about an hour later feeling really good about our decision. Kyle was great in negotiating with the banks to get us the best deal possible and when we came back the next day, we only spent about 30-minutes completing the paperwork and then were on our way! By far, the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. Kudos to Venice Toyota! More

Everyone was amazing I was at Venice Toyota with Ralph Ramirez for over 5 hours shopping for a vehicle. This was after my 2 hour trek from Orlando. He was very patient with me during my test drive and he was very honest when it came to the vehicle condition and the numbers. I ended up with a used vehicle that had worn tires so they put on new tires with alignment at no charge. The manager that was working was also very generous. They have earned my business for life. When it got here he called and said there was some damage that he didn't know about. Ralph said no problem we can send it to the body shop before I get it. He had the dents fixed and paint buffed. Van looked great my wife and I are happy with the purchase and price! Ralph was honest and very great with my two kids. More
