Watch out for Roger I was impressed with the deal I received on my purchase of a 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid and the process was quick and efficient. Although upon purchasing the car my terms were that the pinstripe would be replaced as it had looked very worn and faded. Upon arriving to get the pinstripe replaced Roger had argued that he said "maybe" he could take care of it and attempted to get out of doing it entirely. I persisted, as I felt he was taking advantage of me at seeing that I was a 17 year old girl. I was very pleased with their painter Rudy though, as he took care of everything and continued to tell me that he was doing it as a favor for Roger. After though, Roger called me frustrated at why I hadn't paid him $50 and insisted that he would now have to pay Rudy himself and even continued to tell me, very unprofessionally, that he only made $50 off the sale of my car. Horrible communication overall, watch your back when purchasing with this guy. He will alter his wording and find a loophole. Very impressed with the kindness of the other workers though. More
Stay away... far, far away Rude and incompetent are no way to run a service business. Bought a Prius a year ago, now needs a new battery, they quoted approximately $4,000.00, come to find out the a new battery can be purchase for a $1,000.00 and is plug and play. so they charge me for a diagnostic charge and basically laugh and say I have no other choice. How presumptive! They have forever lost a loyal Toyota owner. No customer loyalty at all. FYI, the internet sales person has no clue about any of their inventory and was not helpful or welcoming. Again lost a sale and a customer! More
Consistant Excellent Service I bought my 4Runner new from this dealership. After 2 years of ownership my service experience has always been excellent. My advisor is usually Maria I bought my 4Runner new from this dealership. After 2 years of ownership my service experience has always been excellent. My advisor is usually Maria or Erin and they provide great customer service along with the Technician Todd who quickly and efficiently identified and repaired a random issue with my vehicle recently. The above mentioned individuals are the sole reason that Venice Toyota will be our first choice when vehicle shopping for my wife's new car in this coming year. More

When you buy a car, they tell you that everything is under warranty, but when you have a problem, then they tell you that, that this specific part is not under warranty, or many other silly stories!!!!! And if you try to point that out, punishments are there gonna kick you out like they did to me. Servise manager MICHAEL FLETCHER!!!What a nasty person works there, they shouldn't keep workers that don't know how to be polite and take good care of there customers!!!!! Shame on you!!!!! More

Service on my 2010 Tacoma 11/25/216 I am a seasonal resident and have frequented this service dept. 5 times during my ownership and in the past my experiences have been poor or if lucky I am a seasonal resident and have frequented this service dept. 5 times during my ownership and in the past my experiences have been poor or if lucky marginal and I usually do not fill out surveys good or bad, however this time I completely felt like I was at a different dealership service dept. right from the start when I pulled in I was greeted immediately by Aaron. He was pleasant and very welcoming and walked me around my truck showing me my wipers which I did not realize were wearing and showed me my tires they were wearing. I appreciated his attention to my vehicle. I told him I needed a oil change and tire rotation he gave me the prices for my requests and asked if I would consider having the blades and a wheel alignment done- the wipers were a no brainer and he explained the cost of a wheel align v/s the cost of the replacement of tires -no brainer saved me money! I then received a inspection report that Aaron showed me my battery was great condition ( it had been replaced up north not so long ) ago but that my truck need a air filter and a a/c filter he offered to show me but I trusted him already. took time to explain about cleaning the trucks fuel injectors and cleaning out the carbon in the engine and cleaning the a/c system. He showed me the estimate and he made sense out making a investment in my truck I was hesitant at first but had the services done. With all the work to be done I thought it would be all day and I was offered transportation but I waited and all the staff smiled and they seemed to being having fun. Aaron had my truck ready before I knew it. reviewed my bill with Me it was less then I signed for. The main reason why I am letting people know is that my truck feels like a new truck when I drive It! and just as a side note I checked the prices up north way less! at Venice Toyota More
Terrible Sales guy was fine as was the finance processor. Sales mgr and general Mgr indifferent and decitful. Stay away from this dealership. Deal made on the floor changed with out our knowledge and the customer should reasonably be able to expect this level of integrity. Can not wait for our lease to end and deliver this vehicle back to these crooks. Hopefully this post and other social media posts along with word of mouth will damage this groups reputation as much as the damage they did to us. More
