Venice Toyota does not sell refurbished batteries, only authentic Toyota parts. Hi Lana, Upon review of your concern, we found the vehicle that you purchased was from Cramer Toyota, not Venice Toyota. We were not part of your transaction, but do apologize if there was any miscommunication during your experience with Cramer. We have been made aware that the service manager offered on multiple occasions to split the cost of new tires and pay for two tires of your choice. This was a courtesy he extended that was then declined by you each time. Due to the circumstances surrounding your most recent visit to our dealership, Mr. Fletcher felt it best that you seek assistance elsewhere. Also, tires are not covered by a Toyota warranty because they are not the manufacturer. In order to obtain warranty information on your tires, you would need to reach out to the specific brand that you have on your vehicle. Regards, Venice Toyota
