When i went to pick up vehicle, Michelle explained everything in the billing process, and wow, Jake had done an awesome job detailing it..it looked sparkling new. All in all a great experience, following an unfortunate accident. Thank you Team Toyota.! More

Very disappointed with the service rep. I went in there to fix a flat and it was going to cost me over $350. She was not friendly and gave me only one option get a new tire. I then went to another service station and they removed the nail and it didn’t do any damage to the tire because it was only a 1/4 inch long. She had the attitude of the glass being half empty. I would hesitate on bringing my car in again if it’s not covered under warranty. So by challenging her I saved a lot of money. More
