Don't waste your time here Horrible experience with this dealership. Our sales guy Marcel never had an answer to our questions. One of my questions was why the car I was looking at had the price crossed out. I assumed it was because it had a lower price. So we check out the car, we like it and get to the paperwork. We start to negotiate and his manager Omar was able to drop some $$$ off. We were happy with the bottom line, so we left and I started looking elsewhere online. I again went and checked what the crossed out price really is. Come to find out it's $4k cheaper than what they first offered me. They could've save themselves and me some time had they started off with the price they offered online. So really they're just a bunch of scammers, trying to take your hard earned money. I ended up going to Gettel Toyota in Punta Gorda, and they were able to get me into the same model with a better package, and a way better deal. I recommend staying away from these scammers. They're rude, dishonest, have no respect for customers, and liers. Take your hard earned money and go somewhere that actually respects you, treats you like a human, and actually goes out to take care of their customers. More
