Purchased a 2018 RAV4 I came in to check out a possible purchase of a RAV4 after speaking with Rhonda a great person to deal with. After speaking with Mike Varga a true gen I came in to check out a possible purchase of a RAV4 after speaking with Rhonda a great person to deal with. After speaking with Mike Varga a true gentleman I purchased a 2018 RAV4. Upon picking up the vehicle today they only had one key which I believe is unacceptable. Upon speaking with service dept I was told it would cost me close to $300. I was then told they would work out a deal of $125. No way was I paying anything for the second key. After threatening to take back my $16000.00 check I used to pay for the vehicle and go to another dealer to purchase a vehicle like a Honda CRV I was told they would have a key for me by Tuesday. Shame it had to get to that. I should have been told we need to get you an additional key at our cost. I realize you are in the business of making $$$ but how about some customer service. Service is not service anymore I wasn’t on list even though had appointment. Asked if knew whether I had wheel coverage or not. Said it’s extra and I would have bought in sales. Thought would be on computer. I was told to talk to sales. Talked to 3 people when I just went in for oil change. Called yesterday and no one returned my call. This Toyota doesn’t wash cars after service either. Very disappointed. Only positive done in half hour. Was told hour and half so had someone go with me so I wouldn’t have to wait. More
