Excellent service Ken and his colleagues have done another one of their proverbially terrific jobs. I am very disappointed though that the back panel of the driver's Ken and his colleagues have done another one of their proverbially terrific jobs. I am very disappointed though that the back panel of the driver's seat in my 2014 Avalon, Limited, with low mileage (39,000 miles) detached and had to be replaced. It never happened before in any of my previously owned cars! More
