Was a bit of a wait for routine service. Used to MA dealer where they vacuum your car & wash the outside. This was routine 10k mile oil change. Roman was very very good with this transaction Dealing with Roman was the best experience we've had at Toyota and we've leased many Toyotas. He did what he said he'd do and we were out of there in Dealing with Roman was the best experience we've had at Toyota and we've leased many Toyotas.
