I am having buyer's remorse over having authorized a significant expense to clean the battery fan. This request or recommendation came out of the blue so I authorized it but then when I watched a YouTub significant expense to clean the battery fan. This request or recommendation came out of the blue so I authorized it but then when I watched a YouTube video on how to do it it said it only took 10 minutes and yet I paid over $250. And further this is on top of a so-called Platinum warranty that I purchased for $1,500 when I bought the car. I've heard all about dealers creating need when there is none in order to maintain their income and this is the first time I've ever felt like that was happening with Venice Toyota, which is the company that sold me that car. I am going to be so careful from now on about authorizing big expenses because that's not money that I should easily part with More
