Venice Toyota is great. I have had them service my 2004 Lexus for the past 12 years because they provide good service at a reasonable price. However, they routinely do not turn off the “service required” w Lexus for the past 12 years because they provide good service at a reasonable price. However, they routinely do not turn off the “service required” warning lights on my dashboard even though I mention it every time. The “replace A/C filter light has been on for two years. I mentioned it today and now I think “service required” and “replace A/C filter” are both still on. Nevertheless, I will continue visiting Venice Toyota. More

My Tundra indicated maintenance required,so I took truck to Venice Toyota February 11 at 10.40am with appointment at 11. I wanted a general inspection to erase the maintenance sign on truck and requested th to Venice Toyota February 11 at 10.40am with appointment at 11. I wanted a general inspection to erase the maintenance sign on truck and requested the repair of the windshield water hose probably damaged by rodents, the reception was very cordial telling me it will take 1 1/2 hours,it took 31/2hours and the hose repair vary bad, instead of replacing the hose as invoiced the mechanic cut the bad piece, pulled the hose out of supports and routed the hose not through the intended opening but left the hose under the plastic shrouding between windshield and hood, squeezed in. It works but what a lousy job. I supplied equipment to Toyota assembly lines and no single assembly plant would approve such poorly done job, I am very surprised!! More
