Salesman was not honest with us about some of the points of the sale. Did not explain exactly what the cost was or what we were getting for our trade in. There was a whole other issue regarding a wheelchair lift being installed on our new car but that was eventually resolved after much aggravation. More

Stopped in for an estimate on some ruitine service with my lexus. Standard 15k maintenance. Was greeted by a service writer politely, friendly, and down to earth. No fakeness or salesman attitude. When I asked about the service (what it included) I was told the same thing as my lexus dealer informed me when the alert came up on car for the oil change and "check-over". I was then told they could do it right then. Because of the convenience and professionalism of the service department I agreed. 30 minutes later it was done. Fast, friendly, professional. NOW THE BEST PART, the cost was $49.95 plus tax! Lexus said it was going to be close to $400!! Wow, even honesty from venice Toyota. Thank you very much and see you in 5 thousand miles! More

I was told we only needed to put a down payment on the car. However, the financial person (David) made the bill out in full (this actually messed up my bank accounts, it isn't straightened out yet). Venice Toyota was paid in full, but I have to pay additional bank fees because of the way the transaction was handled. I transferred the money as soon as I got home home, but David took the money out of my account immediately which messed up my accounts. I will give further details and another rating after we pick up the car. More

The salesperson went to manager and was told he couldn’t do that. So, it was $600 for 30 day. Really?? I told them I wasn’t going to pay $600 for 30 days! Collin had indicated to me that he made a mistake. I guess he didn’t want to fix/correct his mistake. Now they won’t answer my phone messages or email messages. These guys are crooks! I wouldn’t recommend this dealer to anyone!! More
