This dealership has had my second car key since 9/30. They told me numerous times that they mailed it to me. It’s 11/25 and the key still hasn’t arrived. I’ve gotten the run around and lied to and treated like xxxx by this dealership. And I still don’t have my key!! I have texts showing I’ve tried to get them to send me my key back. Wasting my time and getting fricking pissed at the incompetence and crappy service. Posting negative reviews everywhere about this crappy dealer. Mail my key back like you said you would, for f’s sake!!!!! More

I was taken in by Joel a little early as I arrived. The one year service was done in about an hour. The issue I noted about the cruise not keeping the speed set was not fixed as I was told the would The one year service was done in about an hour. The issue I noted about the cruise not keeping the speed set was not fixed as I was told the would need the entire day to research the problem and ask Toyota how to fix it. I passed for now, it’s difficult for me to think there is not a computer adjustment to set that. They obviously didn’t want to do it today. It was noted on my request for service, so their plans should have been made to fix it! More
