I had an appt for 0945 for 5,000 miles tire rotate, I added on an oil change, and had noted during the time of making the appt that a sound was coming from rear window. Service asst manager told me it would be 1 hour 30 minutes wait. So, at 1130 I went to check status and was told NONE of the service was completed or even started. I could not wait any longer and decided to leave. Time is money. Their excuse was they had a lot of appointment and it’s “in season”. It’s not my fault they over booked themselves. Sadly, I don’t think this location is managed well. Not looking forward to my return to have these services done for a brand new vehicle that just hit 5,000 miles. If you wouldn’t let it happy to you or your family member, you shouldn’t let it happen to a customer. More
