Told me I might have a head gasket problem and I needed to replace the water pump. They never put a pressure test on the cooling system to affirm a head gasket leak (it was good) and the water pump malfunctioned because of the low fluid level (it was good). This is what happens when technicians rely on codes rather than common sense car knowledge and diagnostic skills that would have revealed answers. A local private shop diagnosed it quickly and the car runs fine. I hope VT reads this and uses some common sense to help their customers. I'm personally not returning. More
