I was in a bind as I was in an accident and the car was not drivable. I was traveling home from Florida to Connecticut. Scott Foster helped me find a car I could drive home in. I've been to a number of Toyota service centers, but none better than the one in Venice, FL. Mr. Bob Secord, the assistant manager who helped me, could not have been more knowledgeable, informative, patient, better than the one in Venice, FL. Mr. Bob Secord, the assistant manager who helped me, could not have been more knowledgeable, informative, patient, and courteous. He saw to it my 2002 Lexus was serviced with the same close care and attention to detail I'd expect to be reserved for a brand new luxury car. Not only was the service extremely thorough and efficient, it was surprisingly low in price. The thoughtfulness and generosity of Mr. Secord towards his customer was also evidenced by the Shop associate who went to the trouble of replacing the battery in my stubborn key fob, which I hadn't been able to do in two years, and even did so at no cost. Especially these days, it's rare for a customer to encounter such outstanding service, much less so much kindness and professionalism, as I did at Venice, Toyota. As for my Lexie, she now drives like she's 20 years younger. Thank you! More
