This comment is regarding the service procedure, coolant drain, flush and fill. The coolant capacity of my vehicle is 9.8 quarts, coolant replaced was 4 quarts (1 gallon). I need the Toyota written procedur drain, flush and fill. The coolant capacity of my vehicle is 9.8 quarts, coolant replaced was 4 quarts (1 gallon). I’m so fed up with the service manager at Venice Toyota here in Venice Florida. My husband took my Rav in for a flat tire repair today. On arrival we were told it’s an easy fix. Salesman meets with officer manager. Second offer, all tires need to be replaced. Our response was no. Third request, two tires must be replaced or the transmission can blow. Seriously what a blow out lie. So no again. Forth time, just replace the tire. $340 later we have a new tire. What a total ripoff. As Toyota believes, we always try to use the service department to support a vehicle we believe in. I can honestly say this service manager is a total disappointment and because of his actions over the 12 years plus I am rethink my next purchase at Venice Toyota. More
