We have bought over forty new cars between the two of us in the last fifty years. This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. He spent two hours with us on the day of delivery explaining the features of the car and told us to not hesitate to call him should we have any problems whatsoever. We have never, ever had service such as this before. If all your other sales people are as good as Brian you have an outstanding dealership. I am sure this is so. Communication and follow-up is excellent. Although it's a 30 mile trip for us, we plan to have our service performed at Cramer of Venice. More

We called the dealership in response to a vehicle listing on Toyota's certified pre-owned vehicles website. There was a 2006 RAV4 that had a good price. I called spoke with Reginald who was very helpful and prompt in returning phone calls. He was also willing to negotiate a more favorable price. Since we drove 70+ miles from the Northern part of Tampa FL. this was after calling and speaking with several other dealerships who were not as friendly or accommodating. I spoke with Reginald on a Friday and drove down and purchased the vehicle the next morning and traded my other vehicle in which I felt that I received a fair price for. Overall it was a good experience with very little pressure placed on us by Reginald, I would recommend Reginald and this dealership to any of my friends or patients.
