The saleman worked with me through several phone calls and requests, I even had him smell the car for me, as I have a newly transplanted lungs and needed a used car with no odors. He actually sat in the car and went through all of the features with me listening to the car. He even crawled under the car for me. Whatever we needed him to do, he was there for us. After we arranged to drive to Venice to close the deal, we found them very fair in negotiations and the car was all that Randy promised. I couldn't be happier. I tell my friends, who know me to be an internet shopper, that I even bought my car through the internet! I was looking for a specific used car. I wanted a Corolla with low milage less than 5 yrs old in good condition. I finally settled on a honda civic and came in the day after Thanksgiving to purchase the car and there was a man putting his stuff in the trunk. Evan informed me the civic was sold but he had a car that was just traded in and he knew it was the car for me. There it was a 2009 Corolla, only 16,000 miles, looked like new. I said the only thing missing is the spoiler I love. He said don't worry we can get one put on there for you. We worked out a good deal and I was thrilled with my nearly new corolla!
