When we dealer trade for a vehicle, we have the consumer sign a sheet authorizing the exact equipment. Then prior to the delivery and paperwork the consumer is required to inspect the vehicle and then during the paperwork process we have them sign a form stating clearly that nothing additional is owed by the dealership and the vehicle is as expected. This practice which is strictly adhered to is to avoid confusion and disappointment. As a 20 year Toyota Presidents Award winning dealership it is our goal to make each customer completely satisfied.
