I had an appointment for vehicle service at 8:15 am. Arrived early at 7:40 am. Vehicle was taken immediately and told it could take approximately 2 hours. 3 hours later I left. A very small service ( 50 Arrived early at 7:40 am. Vehicle was taken immediately and told it could take approximately 2 hours. 3 hours later I left. A very small service ( 5000 m or 6 months) turned to be major problem to complete. A loyal Toyota customer and Venice garage supporter for many years. The worst I experienced in all the years. Noticed that everyone in the waiting area were not happy having to wait exceptionally long. What’s the purpose to schedule an appointment just to hear how busy you are and I have to wait for hours. Busy is good isn’t it? And should not be a complaint from your desk. Trust you will be able to resolve these issues. Thank you. More

Work seems to have been done right. Service writer was cordial, as was the cashier. The writer pointed out out a couple of items that needed to be done. No problem there. The process took a LONG time: 2 and a half hours; and I had an appointment. Seems long to me. Also, seemed pricey to me, but I don’t shop these services, so maybe competitive. More
