Here is the issue: I put a $500 deposit down for a specific VIN but instead when I bought the car I was given another VIN. They did not tell me this and I noticed myself after signing several papers. After I pointed this out, I was told they have the exact same specs and MSRP but in reality the car I got is $519 less in the TSRP (MSRP) than the one I had negotiated on for a week and thought I was buying. Moreover, I was also lied to about a $300 fee being for the title when it was really not for the title and was electronic fee for dealership profits. Here is a detailed summary Did not honor Toyota Corolla 6% corporate promotion despite me having an 800 credit score and 0 debt and a long history of fully paid off car loans. Instead was offered a 14% interest rate and when I commented that is crazy suddenly was offered a 7% interest rate. They said it was close enough to what Toyota would've offered anyway. Did not honor Uber discount (claimed never heard of it despite being nationwide promotion). I have never been turned away for a firm promoted car loan in my life despite buying cars from several companies, including Honda, Toyota, Ford, and Mercedes. Did not honor recent grad discount (claimed never heard of it despite being nationwide promotion) Told me it was brand new car; when I showed up (the vin was different than one I negotiated for and they did not disclose that to me), and had paperwork and texts for, and placed a $500 deposit on; even worse the new car had 250 miles instead of being brand new. Did they sell me a loaner no one wanted? The TSRP of the car I was negotiating on and put a deposit on was $29,372. The TSRP of the car that I was sold is $28,853. I was sold a car with $519 of less features. Unfortunately the switching of the vehicle was not disclosed to me. Bait and switch is a serious concern under the FDUTPA. $300 electronic service taxable fee. Was told and have in writing over text message that it was it was for the title. But turns out it is not a government fee but rather a dealership fee that should’ve been part of the doc fee and I was misled. Forced a $1700 paint protection which I asked to not include before car arrived. Most of all I am disappointed I put down a $500 deposit for a different vin with $520 more features and was never told that I was getting another vin until i noticed it myself after I had already signed many documents. This is bait and switch tactic which I have fully documented. Also they misrepresented a $300 pure profit l fee and claimed it was for the title for the tax collector. It turns out the title is only $85 and I was already charged for it as part of my $450 registration fees. To make this whole I need the $300 electronic fee returned and the $519 difference in TSRPs of the vehicles refunded. The finance guy would also try to hide all the papers he wanted me to sign by putting another paper on top and only showing me the signature line. If I tried to move the other paper he would make some excuse explaining it off at the end of the day, bait and switch did occur, I was not informed that the VIN was changed, you guys just used that car to get me in the door, I was not even told it was different when I was signing documents, that's deceptive behavior under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices ACT, as well as the Federal Trade Commission Act. I am in talks with legal counsel, I do intend to fully take this all the way towards a fair resolution I am taking this to the media, Federal Trade Commission, Florida State Attorney General's Office and I will make note of this during my post purchase survey I am giving you guys a chance to make it right, but I will expose your practices if we don't get this resolved More

I had an appointment for vehicle service at 8:15 am. Arrived early at 7:40 am. Vehicle was taken immediately and told it could take approximately 2 hours. 3 hours later I left. A very small service ( 5000 m or 6 months) turned to be major problem to complete. A loyal Toyota customer and Venice garage supporter for many years. The worst I experienced in all the years. Noticed that everyone in the waiting area were not happy having to wait exceptionally long. What’s the purpose to schedule an appointment just to hear how busy you are and I have to wait for hours.
