Follow up to prior review Prius battery pack replacement I was contacted by the new general manager of Cramer Toyota after I wrote my dealer rating a few days ago. We discussed how I was kind of underwhelmed I was contacted by the new general manager of Cramer Toyota after I wrote my dealer rating a few days ago. We discussed how I was kind of underwhelmed by the service I received, disappointed by the price etc. He sounded sincerely interested in hearing what I said and I firmly believe he will be trying to correct these problems. I told him that he needs to make sure every customer leaves delighted with his/ her expectations exceeded. I suggested that he should hold a short meeting on how to deal with a customer that is facing a very big service bill. What to do , how to make the customer feel better. I plan to give Cramer another chance with my business and honestly feel that the new GM of Cramer can and will make a posiyive difference More
Unfortunately new Prius battery Pack and pricing etc New Prius Battery Pack needed. Service rep nice, explained what was needed and of course gave us a price. I also agreed to new plugs, wires, tune up New Prius Battery Pack needed. Service rep nice, explained what was needed and of course gave us a price. I also agreed to new plugs, wires, tune up stuff and injector cleaning service, throttle clean out, all of which based on my mileage I knew was needed. Talking about $3,650 not including tax,, the bulk being the battery pack of course. I have taken the car there for recall work, body work when in a minor crash, water pump,, regular battery replacement. I asked my service rep if he could help out on the price especially since they mail out 10% off coupons (None at this time) said he will see. I called other dealerships after I okay ed work and they both were less than Cranmer. I called my service rep to let him know and again he will do what he can- was the answer. Well when I picked up the car I saw a grand total of $31 discount on the bill still more than other two dealerships. To say the least I was very disappointed. And you would think that after paying them a bill like that, they might at least wash the car? or maybe just the windshield? Nahhh I am not calling them rip offs, scam artists at all, they did the work fast, am sure they did it right but you would think they would work better with a customer on a price for such an expensive repair, and as a service, wash the car as other dealers have done! I was getting all my work on the Prius at Cramer ( convenient) but this last experience made me feel like an open wallet, not a valued customer More

Total scam, Rip-off and Con-Artists at Cramer Toyota Service Total sales scam, rip-off and con artists that do not stand behind their warrantees. They try to sell you more inferior products and take more money. Total sales scam, rip-off and con artists that do not stand behind their warrantees. They try to sell you more inferior products and take more money. No one seems to question their tactics or confronts their employees as they avoid responsibility for warrantees sold to you. Avoid Cramer Toyota and go somewhere else there is too much competition to deal with their obvious rip off practices. Here’s why. On July 16, 2014 I went to Cramer Toyota looking for replacement tires on my wife’s car. We bought the car from Cramer being a “conscientious” consumer and thinking Toyota was a great choice. After only 19 months and 19,000 miles the tires needed to be replaced and were down to 2/32. My wife fell for the con-job at Cramer Toyota and had to buy 2 tires with only 2 being warranteed by the dealer for a total of 4 new tires replaced and an alignment. Then after only 9 months/11,000 miles the new tires, (these were 55,000 mile tires mind you) were needing replacement again at what Danny said 2/32. At the same time my Kia that was bought the same day as my wife’s car has 31,000 miles (more combined miles than the Camry tires) on the tires with plenty of tread left. Now bear in mind that all 4 tires had NO signs of uneven wear, toeing and feathering anywhere. All servicing was done on-time and alignment done at Cramer Toyota. After wasting 3 hours of my time and being told “I’m gonna get the best deal for you”, and “I’ll be working for you”. I was told the best deal I could get was a $400.00 credit and total $800.00 for the tires that would come out of my pocket. As I stated the tire warranty, I already changed out tires once that were put on by them and I wanted to see what why they were saying there’s uneven wear. I was taken out to my car and at first the female service attendant pointed to scratches on my chassis and body. Then I said that’s bologna, it’s a car and normal wear and tear. Then the tech had to search my tire treads looking for some reason to invalidate the warranty. I was told that there was one tread that went from 3/32-2/32, and “That’s it uneven wear”. It’s now VERY apparent that they will do whatever it takes to avoid standing behind their warranty and products. Even better as now I was really upset and then the mechanic goes and produces an alignment sheet and the sales attendant and that’s what she really was, states your car was out of alignment. You should have taken it to someone who would have informed me my car was out of alignment. I had 1 oil change at Palm Toyota in Punta Gorda which seemed to have made her angry. All thru the process the attitudes were poor from everyone there, since I stated I wanted them to furnish 4 new tires right from the start I will not pay for anymore. I was told they are offering my a good deal and should take it. I stated again all maintenance was done, there is NO alignment problem, no credible evidence of driver neglect and uneven tire wear. I was told that’s the best they can do. After again stating my displeasure with Danny who was no help. I told him I wanted to speak to the owner. 3 hours later Richard Bond calls me as he conveyed to me that I was offered a great deal and I left the call insulted as it was insinuated throughout the whole ordeal that it was bad driving habits caused all this. I was even insulted further as numerous times I was told I should be a more “conscienstious consumer” after telling my story of the mishandling of car. He repeatedidly tried to force the deal on me and couldn’t believe I wouldn’t take it. Then stated I should go to the manufacturer for help. I mean it’s warranteed by Cramer Toyota and I have to go to the manufacturer for help that he should have done already. What a rip-off. Here’s one for you Richard Bond I’m going to be an even more “conscientious consumer” and take my business and other consumers somewhere else. Also I will also let Toyota know of how I have lost total faith in their brand due to absurd handling of my situation by you and your dealership. More
Terrible experience I received a call that the service required for my sons car would be 1500 and that does not include the cost of 2 tires that is also needed. When I as I received a call that the service required for my sons car would be 1500 and that does not include the cost of 2 tires that is also needed. When I asked for an explanation of charges and stated there needs for something to be done about the price. I was told "what is your problem" and if I could find a 10% off coupon that would be the best they could do. I has to ask 3 times for a breakdown of what they intended to do and finally asked to speak to a manager. "Danny" got on the phone and states "that's the price" and what did I expect the car had not been in their shop for almost three years. I never received an apology for the way their service person spoke to me. I explained that the car in question was bought from them and when I was the sole driver of the vehicle I was always in there. I gave the car to my son and on his limited budget he was doing the best he could but still getting service done. The car I currently drive bought from that dealership is always brought in for required maintenance and I have recently been inquiring about a another vehicle to purchase for my youngest daughter. I obviously don't expect something for nothing and rely on certified Toyota service but I don't need to be insulted because I have the audacity to inquire about what I am paying for. So you lost a customer and goodwill and could not care less. I told Danny I was just going to have my son pick up the vehicle and we would bring the car elsewhere. Danny informed me that indeed a splash guard was repaired and I needed to pay for that. I replied "why was this work done without my ok? And how much is it?" Danny said he did not know and transferred me back to the original service person who was so disrespectful. That salesperson who I cannot recall his name informed me that indeed no work had been done and my son could pick up the car. I just feel terrible about having to do this to my son and we have another appointment with a qualified professional set up to do the work on his next day off. Cramer is used to not being questioned and is so busy that it doesn't care to provide or give customer service that will keep their customers. More

I purchased a car from this dealership a few years ago and came back to purchase a second car. I was genuinely pleased to see Brian was still there. From my personal experience with dealerships that is a rare trait to find. The dealership overall and it's professional employees showed my family and I respect, sincerity, and professionalism from start to finish. In retrospect, I will be recommending this dealership and especially Brian and Sandeep to all my friends and family. I will continue to do business with this comany as a true life long customer. More

From the moment I walked through their doors I felt so special. Fran Slump was the person who worked with me and gave me 100% of her time. Sherri I came in to test drive a Toyota Rav4 and ended up purchasing one the next day. My experience with the staff at Cramer Toyota was fantastic. Sherri F. was patient and supportive and worked with me and trying to find the best deal for me. The financial staff as well as great and did not pressure me or push me to put money down or just take their deal. They were realistic and creative. My car I was trading in was not old and I was upside down with it. They were able to help me get in a car that I now feel safe in and comfortable. I will recommend Cramer Toyota to everyone and have been singing the praises since I purchased my car. Did I say I Love My Car.... More
