Dear Ed Coleman Cramer Toyota of Venice would like to apologize for the issues with your recent purchase of your truck. As I am sure was explained to you once a vehicle is purchased the manufacturer warranty then takes over. Toyota has one of the best paint warranties in the business and we would have been happy to get Toyota involved. If it was deemed to have been a manufactures defect they would have fixed it under warranty. As you are aware you refused to go that route as it might involve painting your vehicle and you wanted a new vehicle instead. Unfortunately there are costs involved in going that way.
