We fell in love with the Accord. We test drove several other "comparable" vehicles and there was no comparison. When we walked in, we were greeted by Jason Berlin, he was very informative on the vehicles and listened to our needs/wants and found a perfect match. We checked out other dealers and pricing and told them the staff at Cramer Honda where we wanted to be and what we wanted. They were able to work a great deal for us! We worked with Jason the entire time & would highly recommend him. He is easy going, no pressure and he listens! We told him that we were shopping, and that we already owned a 2004 Honda Odyssey, and thought it might be a good time to look into a new Odyssey. We like Odyssey's, because we enjoy sitting in a "chair", rather than sitting on the "floor" of a smaller vehicle. We are senior citizens, and we feel the Odyssey's are more comfortable, and safer, to drive in. Jim Timpson, was very understanding, as to our wants in a vehicle. Jim lead us outside, to a new 2014 Honda Odyssey, and I drove it out to I-75, to give it a test drive. Jim told us about all the features on the 2014 Odyssey. The Odyssey drove beautifully. When we returned to the dealership, we sat down with Jim Timpson, and I showed him the coupons we had received from Cramer Honda, and he said he would definitely honor them. Jim was a pleasure to work with. He explained Buying vs. Leasing, and there was ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE on my husband or myself!! Jim introduced us to Tim, the dealer manager, and to Paul, in the finance department, who were both very friendly, also. We decided to get the new 2014 Odyssey. Jim walked us through all the steps.
