Michael Rodriguez was the best salesman we have ever dealt with. We didn't feel pressured at all and he worked extremely hard to get us a car that would match our budget. I was looking for a Lexus IS 250 with low mileage and with a best possible price (aren't we all :)?) for several weeks, and I found on Internet at Cramer's Honda in Venice. And I called Jim Timpson , Int with a best possible price (aren't we all :)?) for several weeks, and I found on Internet at Cramer's Honda in Venice. And I called Jim Timpson , Internet Seles person and he answered all my questions that I asked, he knew all the history of the car, describe car's look and conditions, and had my future car ready for a test drive next day. Great job :). More

I purchased a used vehicle from Cramer that was advertised with the vin matching the vehicle I bought, a tow package and a roof rack. No tow package or roof rack was actually on the vehicle. We were told, "We (Cramer) have an agency that writes those ads and they're not always accurate. Besides, you already purchased the vehicle." We were also told the tires were all new when only two of them were. We had preapproved financing from our credit union but they assured us that they could do a better deal. In our attempt to hurry out of there because it was late, we didn't notice the multiple scams the finance department ran on us. About $4,000 in unneccesary warranty, gap insurance, etc. was subsequently added to the price. We called the salesman the next day....no response. Called the manager, Chris...no response. After days of being ingnored and now absolutely seething in anger my husband drives there only to get the "don't curse snd scream at me" response. Here's a bit of info Cramer Honda, if you were an honest dealership that actually cared enough to NOT violate and screw your customers and to respond in a timely manner, he wouldn't have been as angry as he was. The end result was NOTHING!! We cancelled the additional crap they put on but the rest of the dishonesty and violation remains a financial obligation on us. To add salt to the wound, we received a letter in the mail today saying Cramer didn't charge us enough for the registration on our new vehicle and we owe another $90. Oh, and if we don't pay it promptly they will inform the DMV to block future renewals or replacements. SHAME ON YOU CRAMER HONDA!! You screwed us! Sent from Tracy Winter-Deleacaes More
Had an exceptional sales experience with Al Issa and Tim Platt. They were well informed about financing and their product. My wife and I visited Cramer Honda of Venice seeking pricing on a new Honda. We have been Honda owners for several years and are sold on the product and its reliablity. The salesman who greeted us, Jimm pricing on a new Honda. We have been Honda owners for several years and are sold on the product and its reliablity. The salesman who greeted us, Jimmy Soravilla, was extremely friendly and very patient with us. We originally anticipated that we were interested in an Odyssey. However, a Pilot on the show floor really caught our eye. Jimmy arranged to have us take a test ride in a Pilot. Unlike most dealerships where the test ride is about a 5-7 minute ride, Jimmy insisted we get a good feel for the vehicle and graciously let us take an extended ride which included having a highway experience. The entire test ride, accompanied by Jimmy's obvious knowledge of the product as well as his calm, non-pushy, selling approach really sold us on the car and the dealership. Jimmy insisted that we also take a ride in an Odyssey to ensure we were happy we were making the right decision. That was a good call on his part as it really did cement our decision on the Pilot. We felt throughout the entire process that Jimmy really wanted to ensure we had a great experience and that we were convinced that Cramer Honda of Venice cared about us as buyers. Jimmy succeeded!!! We are now happy owners of a 2014 Honda Pilot!! Thanks Jimmy!! More
As a long time BMW owner I had a lot of trouble giving up my old car (138 K ) when I had the good fortune of meeting Bill Moser at Cramer Honda. I had heard their slogan and Bill lived up to it in every res my old car (138 K ) when I had the good fortune of meeting Bill Moser at Cramer Honda. I had heard their slogan and Bill lived up to it in every respect which made the decision of buying a new Civic real easy and a pleasure. I have visited quite a few agencies where I was not impressed to say the least. Not so with Bill at Cramer's. I have no compunction of give a #5 rating on all above questions. Hans J Blatter More
