After several visits, he called us to say he may have a Honda for us and he did and he sold it to us. This past week I was getting the Honda serviced and I saw a Pickup Truck they had on the lot. After three days of bickering back and forth, we made the deal that I could afford and traded in two cars for the truck. Bill Moser, the salesman, was in charge of the deal and made light of all the barganing to bring it to fruition, I will miss the Service Department and their great staff, but when we are in the market again for a car, I will go to Bill Moser at Cramer Honda. Contacted Jim Timpson regarding an accord advertised online. After driving down to see the vehicle, I was pleased that Jim was so open to learning what our needs were. He took to time to go over several cars in their inventory to make sure we were seeing the right car for us. Jim never pushed us towards the purchase of any particular vehicle. He simply relayed the facts about each car and let us decide for ourselves. Once we narrowed our choices it was simple. The internet pricing of the car we selected was right in line with what our research showed to be a fair price. There wasn't any uncomfortable haggling and the dealership worked with us on a couple small issues to make the car exactly what we wanted. Jim's follow up has been superb making sure everything is right with the car. We are very pleased with our choice and we appreciate the way Jim helped, but did not push us into our decision. I have often felt that car salesmen have certain inventory they are pushing and they cloud our real needs with what their needs are. Jim never gave that impression. It was going to be our car and it needed to be right for our needs. It was a very pleasant, comfortable buying experience. More
