He and his manager Tim worked within the income constraints she had and made a deal that worked for her. She now has a brand new CRV and worry free driving (extended warranty) for several years and a back up camera (which was a must). She is happy and Bill has called more than once to check on her. He worked efficiently and didn't waste my time or try to redirect me to a higher-margin car. When the floor mats I'd ordered weren't in the day I picked up the car, he had them shipped. He went out of his way to offer a tip on a temporary tag for the old car I was selling privately that ended up saving me a couple of hundred dollars. Cramer Honda tacks on a lower (and fully disclosed) dealer fee than most other area Honda dealers and didn't add any hidden "dealer options." They're still making a healthy profit, but they do it without bait-and-switch tactics. If I had to buy a new car again, I'd be happy to consider Cramer Honda. More
