He worked efficiently and didn't waste my time or try to redirect me to a higher-margin car. When the floor mats I'd ordered weren't in the day I picked up the car, he had them shipped. He went out of his way to offer a tip on a temporary tag for the old car I was selling privately that ended up saving me a couple of hundred dollars. Cramer Honda tacks on a lower (and fully disclosed) dealer fee than most other area Honda dealers and didn't add any hidden "dealer options." They're still making a healthy profit, but they do it without bait-and-switch tactics. If I had to buy a new car again, I'd be happy to consider Cramer Honda. More

After several visits, he called us to say he may have a Honda for us and he did and he sold it to us. This past week I was getting the Honda serviced and I saw a Pickup Truck they had on the lot. After three days of bickering back and forth, we made the deal that I could afford and traded in two cars for the truck. Bill Moser, the salesman, was in charge of the deal and made light of all the barganing to bring it to fruition, I will miss the Service Department and their great staff, but when we are in the market again for a car, I will go to Bill Moser at Cramer Honda.
