managers rectified the situation I purchased a certified pre-owned honda pilot. Although I was very happy with the truck I had a few issues with the way the sales portion was handled. I was pressured to sign the contract by Rafael without reading and told if there was any problems it would be taken care of. Well when I picked up my Pilot I had a few issues that weren't taken care of. I played a bit of phone tag and got no where until the manager Lance reached out to me. He listened to my concerns and had me come in. The sales manager Chris was wonderful and had my vehicle detailed and took care of the issues I had. He also sat down with me so we could go over my paperwork and my concerns and rectified it to the best of his ability. Their service manager was wonderful and went over the issues with me as well. Although my original experience wasn't wonderful this dealership really did reached out to make good and I greatly appreciate that. The best part is that I did purchase a great Honda Pilot that runs great. More

The vehicle I bought wasn't very expensive, how I purchased a used vehicle last week from Cramer Honda and Jim Timpson was the salesman I dealt with. The vehicle I bought wasn't very expensive, however I was treated as though I were buying a $50k vehicle. Very respectful and kind. I did end up paying more than I thought I would, but I still feel very happy with my new/used car. They were VERY accommodating and took very good care to insure my happiness.
