My Dad had purchased a Toyota Truck at Cramer, and she remembered having a good experience--so we decided to go back. (I drive that Toyota Tundra daily, and it is a great truck!) We met Al Issa who courteously answered all of our questions, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in--which included a 2015 Accord, a 2012 Accord, and the 2015 CRV. It was the end of the month, and Al would have liked to close a deal that day, but he graciously accepted that we were not going to buy that day, and we went home to think it over and do our homework. When we returned on Monday, we called ahead, and Al had the cars we wanted her to test drive right at the front door when we got there. After determining that she wanted a 2015 Honda Accord Ex-L, we shared our research and made an offer. After a bit of negotiation, we had a deal. My Mother is very happy with the vehicle, and we went away from Cramer of Venice having had a great experience--we recommend it to all! More

We bought it as is and that night the service engine soon light came on. I called them up and took it in to have them look at it. He and his manager Tim worked within the income constraints she had and made a deal that worked for her. She now has a brand new CRV and worry free driving (extended warranty) for several years and a back up camera (which was a must). She is happy and Bill has called more than once to check on her. He made the experience of the car purchase seamless. I left the dealership driving my new car feeling confident and happy that I made the right choice to buy at Cramer Honda of Venice.
