Bought new CR-V, technology problem with less than 300 mile Bought a new 2017 CR-V on May 27th. Tech problems within days, drivers door would not unlock, the rest of the doors would not look. Brought it in for Bought a new 2017 CR-V on May 27th. Tech problems within days, drivers door would not unlock, the rest of the doors would not look. Brought it in for service, technician tried to diagnosis the problem. No luck, however after his observation of the vehicle I received a call from Service depArtment. The question, Has this car been to a auto body shop.? WHAT, this car is days old and has next to no miles. My immediate thought, this car was damaged in transit or a technician would never have asked that question. I called and voiced my concern with a supervisor at Venice Honda. I was told he would call Honda to determine if this CR-V had been damaged prior to delivery to the dealer. And I was told he would get back to me, never happened. Finally, I complained enough that Honda recommended an electrical part replacement. After 2 days in the shop the doors lock and unlock properly. I still do not know if this car was damaged in transit. I am now seeking an inspection by an independent auto repairman. I'll never return to Venice Honda for service. More
