The latest of these was the complete flushing and replacement of my brake fluid. I was told this was needed due to the fluid appearing to be a dark brown color. I didn't bite and took my car to my regular mechanic, who tested the fluid's moisture levels and it came back at <1% (3-4% is when you need to worry about replacing it), and that the color was a bit dark but nothing to be concerned about. There's been a few other times they've tried to sell me very basic part replacements at extremely marked up rates (sometimes double or more the part cost not including install) and all I can say is: when it comes to this dealership, always get a second opinion. More

After waiting 2 1/2 hours, I approached the advisor for an update and told my car was almost ready. 1/2 hour later I saw my car sitting outside and the advisor was nowhere to be found. I approached another advisor who paged my advisor and started my paperwork. After 10 minutes, my advisor appeared and said he had been helping another customer. I just would like to keep updated with the progress and if my advisor needs to go off site to help another customer (which is what he said) he should have advised me, knowing my car was almost finished, and designated another service advisor to follow up with me. This would be good customer service. More

I think should have set up a red flags before I made the 30-40 min trip to dealerships in 5 -530 pm traffic during season. The Honda Accord Hyvrid Touribg the top of the line in the Accord line up. Selling for $38000 new in 2018 when I purchased it new. From another dealer. They we’re so polite and professional over the phone When I arrived the salesman I spoke with over the was busy with the only customer in the whole showroom. The other 5 salesman weee hanging out talking to each other. Every changed when they lioojes at my flawless trade they could not steal from me I was educated and knowledgeable how the bs and games they played from many past buying experiences They now sent over the rude unprofessional sales manager to wrap up the awful deal. have they wanted charges over $100 more per month for 72 months instead of 60 months Who in right state of mind would add a extra year of payment and increase over $100 per month. He begin to get nasty attitude toward me and told me go buy a Honda somewhere else. I was blown away that they treat a potential client in that unprofessional manner. I have been a full time a resident and pass this negative experience rating all my friends neighbors and clients iinbmy line of public relations. I now know the showroom had one couple 3 hrs during season before their closing time of 8 pm. Buyer Beware. I should learnt from past experience with them when they took a $1000 and made me wait a month and numerous phone calls to get deposit back because they could not get me the car I wanted so I went to a professional Honda Dealer very close by More

Why all the mystery and hidden info at this dealership??? We had high expectations for this dealership upon arrival, but it turned into a big mystery game, so we shut it down and went to another dealer and m We had high expectations for this dealership upon arrival, but it turned into a big mystery game, so we shut it down and went to another dealer and made a great deal. We told the sales rep what we were looking for and how serious we were in purchasing today. She dd not offer to take us to walk the lot to see the choices even when we suggested to do so. We walked the lot anyway while she was bringing two of the cars up to the front door of the building to test drive. None of the cars in the lot or the ones we test drove had price stickers. We liked two vehicles in particular and wanted to deal with those. As for pricing, she had her own little sheet and told us what the 'out the door' price was but wouldn't tell us what the pricing consist of. When we insisted on the breakdown, she tried to avoid answers, then we pressed and she verbally mentioned some numbers and they did not add up for us. There was an extra $950 in the mix that couldn't be justified. When we told her we had a trade, she refused to give us an estimated trade in allowance amount until we decided which of the two cars we wanted. Both cars were priced similar. That was the end of the appointment for us. We walked out, never to return to this dealership. The whole experience except the test drive was pretty mysterious. I had a coupon to redeem for a $25 gift card for test driving, and she did not offer it to me. We went back a few hours later and asked another rep to help redeem it for us. More
