Once again I was conned by Venice Honda. This is the second car I have purchased here and it is definitely my last. Should’ve learned my lesson the first time. I leased the car I purchased 3 years ago a second car I have purchased here and it is definitely my last. Should’ve learned my lesson the first time. I leased the car I purchased 3 years ago and was lied to by the salesman and the financial department and paid an extra $1,000 over 3 years for insurance on the car that only applied if I was turning in the car. Everyone involved in the lease was aware that at the end of the lease I was purchasing the vehicle (a lease was the only way I could get the payment I needed) and they still convinced me to add on extra insurance knowing it wouldn’t be of any benefit to me. went in for a replacement battery.this is 2nd battery replacement in less than a 4 year old car .received no credit on the new battery replaced about 2 yrs ago by this dealer. Service rep said new batter replacement in less than a 4 year old car .received no credit on the new battery replaced about 2 yrs ago by this dealer. Service rep said new battery was expected to last at least 6 yrs (Ha Ha). also charged 12.95 for refresh spray !! More

Patrick, service advisor was very good and attentive. Took Ridgeline in for general service and one recall. Rear seat had to be removed to fix the recall. I was not aware that this was the case therefo Took Ridgeline in for general service and one recall. Rear seat had to be removed to fix the recall. I was not aware that this was the case therefore the rear seat had a dog cage and various items on the seat. When the vehicle was returned, I noticed on the way home, that the dog cage had not been put back in the seat in a secure manner and everything that had been on the seat or under the seat had been "thrown" back in the seat and on the floor. I was very disappointed that the mechanic or whoever that had replaced the items after the repair had such disrespect for my property that they did not take the time to replace it the way they found it or at least tell me before I left. Probably will not use the dealership again. If my property was treated in this manner, I can not be confident that the repairs or service were not shoddy as well. More

My Venice experience I bought my car there and drive from Sarasota to get work done. Yesterday I felt like I was getting pressured from the service person. Plus I asked him about a problem with my car and he seemed to have forgotten about it. I had to ask him again and he dismissive about the problem. I almost feel like trying another Honda dealership which is closer. More
