This service department at Venice Honda was a pleasure to work with. We had our Honda CR-V serviced there and the staff in the Service Department provided a 10/10 experience. First visit to the Service Department. Car was in and out in about 1 1/2 hours. Much shorter than I expected. Everything was done per the A16 service. Wife’s check engine light came on with multiple warning advisories, exhaust, brakes, fuel air, and a few more all at the same time, oh what a coincidence! Sent her to the dealer who told her they were full advisories, exhaust, brakes, fuel air, and a few more all at the same time, oh what a coincidence! Sent her to the dealer who told her they were fully booked for the next couple of days but would run a diagnostic check. Came back and told wife she needed all new fuel injectors at $1800 plus shoppe fees and taxes and they could start work in a couple of hours. This dealer has a horrible reputation around town, now I know why. More
