I was initially pleased with the initial contact that was made with the dealership. Carissa and Glen were pleasant but it turned to garbage once I arrived at the dealership. Neither one was available when I arrived, they informed me once I drove THREE HOURS in torrential down pour from the east coast of the state to them that the vehicle we discussed and quoted was sold and then tried to offer me another vehicle that I wasn't a fan of. Then I informed them the price isn't the price that I was given for my best price and my salesman Dan tried to explain to me that it included military pricing after speaking to "finance" which was a xxxx lie. Then I provided them my FICO information because I didn't want my credit pulled unless it was a firm offer through Honda Financial. My sales man said it was a "Soft-Pull" just to see the score and the hard-pull would be the credit app and THEY LIED about that as well as I was alerted they did a hard pull then would do another for the actual credit app. Then couldn't even the payment terms as discussed with Glen. I am disgusted with the overall experience and the lack of customer service. I'd advise to take your business anywhere else. They wasted my time and wouldn't want anyone else to experience the same. More

Your amazing scheduling and service saved the day! My wife and I were on a house-hunting trip in the Sarasota/Charlotte county areas when the air conditioning stopped working in our 2011 Accord. I call My wife and I were on a house-hunting trip in the Sarasota/Charlotte county areas when the air conditioning stopped working in our 2011 Accord. I called Venice Honda at 8 am on Tuesday and spoke with Tim he said he could look at the car THAT MORNING! He even arranged a rental car for us including a ride to the rental car site. He called later on Tuesday with a solid estimate of the cost and that the car would be ready the next day. He called when the car was ready (within the time range promised) and also said I could drop the rental car at the dealership. Venice Honda's service department and especially Tim Weber gave us exemplarily customer service, and helped us keep our house-hunting trip on track. Hats off to Tim and Venice Honda!! More
